This is a fun idea! Was curious about the business structure behind this to protect you from legal issues. Are you doing this under a business entity you already have for other things or did you make a new one for this?

Both ReachVIP and AMA are operated by Superphonic, LLC. Adds a bunch of paperwork and such, but necessary in our litigious nation.
